It’s easy to let problems seem bigger than they may be. Zoom out, not all problems need equal attention, (even if our nervous systems automatically seem to go there.)

It helps to remind yourself that everything can be figured out, and right-sized. You’ve done it for other situations; now, you’ll handle this one too…There is power in choosing perspective over panic.

Drop a 💛 if this resonated today.

Or save it for those days when you can use the reminder…

Sad Birds Still Fly

You can carry a heavy heart and still keep moving forward. It is okay to feel sad, tired, or hurt and still show up for your life. Your pain does not take away your strength, and your tears do not mean you are failing. Even when your wings feel too heavy to lift, you still have the will to rise. You are still going, even when it feels like you are barely holding on.

Flying does not always feel easy or joyful. Sometimes it means pushing through the wind even when your heart aches. You do not have to wait until you feel better to keep going. You are strong enough to carry your sadness and still move toward what is ahead. Your ability to keep going, even when you are sad, is the bravest thing you can do.
