A huge thank you to Mackenzie and Patsy for volunteering their time to start a decorating class with our residents! πŸ§πŸ’™

Residents had a wonderful time choosing their favorite icing flavors for their chocolate cupcakes, decorating them with colorful sprinkles, and adding their own creative touch to each sweet treat. And, of course, everyone's favorite part was enjoying the delicious cupcakes afterward!

Thank you again, Mackenzie and Patsy, for sharing your time and talents with our residents. We can't wait for the next decorating class! πŸ’™

Today at COAH, we "caught" our very own rainbow fish! 🌈🐟

Everyone had fun choosing their favorite colors and creating bright, colorful fish that were as unique as they are.

A special thank you to our wonderful young volunteers for helping with our craft and making the day even more special! Your kindness, enthusiasm, and helping hands brought extra smiles to everyone involved. πŸ’™

The room was filled with colorful creations, laughter, and plenty of smiles as everyone brought their rainbow fish to life. It was a fin-tastic day of creativity and fun!

Protein is essential for seniors to maintain muscle strength and recover from illness or injury. Include protein at every meal, such as eggs, chicken, fish, beans, and dairy products. Our community benefits most when seniors work with a nutritionist to develop a personalized nutrition plan that fits their lifestyle and preferences. πŸ₯šπŸŸ
