One of our favorite moments in the clinic is when someone hears a sound they forgot existed. Little things, like turn signals, a fridge humming, or their pet’s tiny footsteps. ☺️💗It’s a small thing, but it’s the kind of moment that makes life feel full again.

August 15 is National Relaxation Day! 🧘‍♀️

Some of the most calming moments in life come with a soothing sound attached (think: ocean waves, rain, total silence). Sound really does have a way of helping us slow down.

But if you live with tinnitus, that ringing or buzzing doesn't take a day off, even when everything else is calm. Relaxation gets a lot harder when your ears won't quiet down.

As an audiologist at Haas Hearing, we help people manage tinnitus so it stops running the show, especially in the moments that are supposed to feel peaceful.

Cats. Dogs. Birds. Bunnies. You name it, we’ve heard it. 😂 And somehow, it always happens on the ONE day you forget to put your hearing aids in their case, right?

If your furry (or feathered) friend turned your hearing aid into a snack, here’s what we can do:
🐾 We’ll take a look and see if we can fix it right here in the clinic.
🐾 If it needs more help, we’ll send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, depending on the damage and warranty.
🐾 If your device is older and out of warranty, we’ll give you honest guidance on your options.

Our job is to give you choices. Your job is to pick what best fits your life!
