We're excited to share that Palomar Family Counseling Service and TrueCare are merging to expand access to behavioral health services throughout North San Diego County.

Effective September 1, 2026, this partnership will bring together two mission-driven organizations committed to improving the health and well-being of our communities.

This merger will not impact clients or their access to care. In fact, it will ensure continued access to comprehensive behavioral health services across North County and beyond, with all current programs and services remaining fully intact.
