Here are 3 things you should stop doing before bed 😴

First, avoid falling asleep on the couch or recliner - your body won’t get the same quality, supported rest as it does in bed. Proper sleep posture matters for recovery and spinal health.

Second, limit screen time before bed 📱 Blue light can interfere with melatonin production, so use night mode, dim brightness, and reduce TV exposure when possible.

Third, avoid caffeine later in the day ☕ Even if you fall asleep, it can reduce sleep quality and keep your nervous system more stimulated than you realize.

Small changes in your nighttime routine can make a big difference in how you feel in the morning 👍
