A NEW CHAPTER ✨

As recently announced, I’ll be moving my business to Woodhaven Health starting October 1st!

It will still be my same business, same services, and same me — just working out of a new building. I’m really looking forward to this next chapter and the opportunities that come with the new space. 🤍

My new hours starting October 1st will be:

Monday: 9am–4pm
Tuesday: 3pm–6pm
Wednesday: 9am–4pm
Thursday: 1pm–6pm
Friday: 9am–4pm

Mother’s Day always feels like a quiet reminder of just how much women carry through their days, often in ways that go unseen. There’s a steady flow of giving, holding, softening, and showing up in so many different ways.

Motherhood isn’t one thing, but a living current of love that moves through every season of being.

It’s such an honor to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, birth, healing, and all the transitions that follow. I’m deeply grateful for every connection formed in this work and for the trust that’s shared with me along the way. 💛

In celebration of Mother’s Day weekend, I have a Special Gift Certificate sale that will include a complimentary add-on with their massage session, a small way to offer a little extra rest, grounding, and care. Aromatherapy, Hot Stones or Cupping.
