What a wonderful month it’s been at Lighthouse Hopkins Creek 🌷

April brought so many little moments that made a big impact, from sharing holiday traditions and sweet treats to the joy of wagging tails during pet therapy visits. Days were filled with fresh air, movement, and connection through walks, outings, and wellness activities, while afternoons carried on with music, games, and plenty of smiles shared between friends.

There’s been a steady sense of engagement throughout the community, with residents connecting, participating, and making the most of each day.

As we wrap up the month, we’re so grateful for the connections, smiles, and memories made throughout April 💛
