Always tired... but somehow you still can't relax? That "tired but wired" feeling is one of the most common signs we see in people living with chronic stress, burnout, thyroid dysfunction, and hormone imbalances.

Burnout doesn't look like staying in bed all day. It looks like pushing through exhaustion, relying on caffeine, waking up at 3 a.m., feeling anxious for no clear reason, or never quite feeling rested-even after a full night's sleep.

Your nervous system wasn't designed to stay in survival mode forever.

Healing isn't just about fixing lab numbers. It's about helping your body feel calm enough to rest, repair, and recover.

•If this sounds familiar, it may be time to look beyond the symptoms. Schedule a consultation through the link in our bio to start uncovering the root cause.

Comment "RESET" if you've ever felt tired but couldn't slow your mind down.

When you're in the middle of it, all you can see are the clouds.
Sometimes you need to zoom out.

If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you still feel exhausted, gain weight despite your efforts, struggle with brain fog, or just don't feel like yourself... your body may be trying to tell a bigger story.

At Third Stone Health, we don't stop at "normal." We look at the full picture-your symptoms, history, lifestyle, nutrient status, hormones, immune health, and the patterns your standard labs can miss.

Feeling better starts with asking better questions. If you're ready to stop chasing symptoms and start finding answers, schedule a consultation through the link in our bio.

Save this for someone who's been told, "Everything looks fine," when they know it isn't!

If you've been told to just "try harder" to feel better... this is your reminder to find out what’s really going on.

Your nervous system influences everything from energy and hormones to immune function. And for many people living with Hashimoto's or hypothyroidism, healing isn't about pushing harder-it's about creating safety for the body to finally do what it was designed to do.

Sometimes "the work" looks like slowing down.

What helps your nervous system feel stronger? Tell me in the comments.

Save this for the days you need the reminder and follow for a more root-cause approach to thyroid health.

Joint pain isn't always "just getting older." And it isn't always arthritis.

If you have Hashimoto's or hypothyroidism, persistent aches and stiffness may be your body's way of telling you that something deeper needs attention.

Hashimoto's is an autoimmune condition, which means the immune system-not just the thyroid-can contribute to inflammation throughout the body. That inflammation can show up as sore joints, muscle aches, morning stiffness, or pain that seems to move from one area to another.

On top of that, thyroid hormones play an important role in how your muscles, tendons, and joints function.

When thyroid function is impaired, your body may recover more slowly, leaving you feeling stiff, achy, and fatigued.

That's why it's possible to experience joint pain even when you've been told your routine lab work looks "normal."

At Third Stone Health, we don't believe in simply masking symptoms. We take a deeper look at factors that may be contributing to your pain, including:

• Autoimmune activity
• Thyroid function
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Inflammation
• Gut health
• Lifestyle factors that influence immune health

When you understand why your body is hurting, you can create a plan that supports long-term healing-not just temporary relief.

Have you experienced joint pain with Hashimoto's or hypothyroidism? Where do you notice it most-your hands, knees, hips, shoulders, or somewhere else? We'd love to hear your experience below.

Seeing more hair in your brush than on your head? You're not alone.

For many women with Hashimoto's, hair loss is one of the first signs that something deeper is going on. Hair growth isn't just about your scalp- it's a reflection of what's happening inside your body.

When your immune system is overactive, your thyroid hormones aren't functioning optimally, or your body is lacking key nutrients, it can shift resources away from growing healthy hair. The result? Increased shedding, slower regrowth, and thinner-looking hair.

Some of the most common contributors we evaluate include:

• Thyroid hormone imbalances
• Elevated thyroid antibodies
• Iron or ferritin deficiency
• Low zinc or vitamin D
• Chronic inflammation
• Blood sugar imbalances
• High stress and elevated cortisol
• Gut health being compromised which decreases nutrient absorption

While a new shampoo or hair supplement may temporarily improve the appearance of your hair, they rarely address why it's falling out in the first place.

The goal isn't simply to slow hair loss- it's to understand what's driving it so your body has the support it needs to grow healthy hair again.

If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you're still experiencing hair loss, it may be time to take a deeper look.

Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism are confused with eachother - but they are not the same condition.

𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗺 refers to when the thyroid is underactive and not producing enough hormones.

𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗼'𝘀 is an autoimmune condition where the immune system is actively attacking the thyroid, often leading to hypothyroidism over time.

This distinction matters because someone can have early Hashimoto's with normal thyroid labs, especially if antibodies haven't been tested.

That's why so many people are told their thyroid is "fine" while symptoms are still very real.

Understanding the difference helps you know what labs to ask for and what stage of dysfunction might actually be happening.

•Save this for clarity if you've been confused by thyroid terms
•Share this with someone who's been told "thyroid is fine" but doesn't feel fine

Hashimoto's doesn't usually start with a dramatic moment.

It starts subtly - with small changes you adjust to over time.

Fatigue becomes your new normal.
Brain fog becomes "busy life."
Weight changes become "getting older."
Feeling cold, inflamed, or off becomes something you work around.

That's why it's so often missed.

Because it doesn't always look like a clear disease in the beginning - it looks like adaptation.

This is also why basic screening can miss the bigger picture if only one marker is being considered.

Not everything that feels off will show up clearly at first glance. But patterns always tell a story.

• Save this if you've been told everything is fine but don't feel fine

• Share this with someone who's been normalizing symptoms for years

If you've been told your TSH is "normal" but you still have fatigue, weight changes, hair loss, brain fog, or just feel like your body isn't working the way it should... this matters.

Because TSH alone doesn't give the full picture of thyroid function.

In clinical practice, we also look at:
Free T3, Free T4, thyroid antibodies, nutrient status, and inflammation markers — because each one tells a different part of the story.
This is often where things get missed.

People can fall into a "normal labs" category while still having clear signs of thyroid dysfunction that aren't being fully evaluated.

This isn't about self-diagnosing from a post - it's about knowing what questions to ask & finding the right help.

• Save this if you've ever been told everything is fine but didn't feel fine.
• Share this with someone who's been struggling and not getting answers.

If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you still feel exhausted, foggy, cold, or like your body just isn't working the way it used to... this is worth paying attention to.

Hashimoto's is one of the most commonly missed root causes behind thyroid symptoms in women - especially in early stages when standard labs don't always tell the full story.

What makes it so frustrating is that you can be doing "all the right things" and still feel like your body is stuck in slow motion.

Hair shedding, fatigue that doesn't improve with sleep, stubborn weight changes, brain fog, and feeling cold all the time aren't random - they're signals.

And if you've been dismissed or told everything is fine, you're not crazy for questioning it.

The goal isn't to self-diagnose from a post- it's to know when it's time to dig deeper and find a doctor who can actually uncover the answers you’re looking for.

You shouldn't need three cups of coffee just to function.

If you're sleeping 8+ hours and still waking up exhausted, your body may be trying to tell you something.

Fatigue isn't always caused by lack of sleep. It can be related to thyroid function, nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar imbalances, chronic stress, inflammation, poor sleep quality, and other underlying issues.

Instead of masking symptoms, focus on identifying the root cause.
