Our registered dietitian is sharing a simple make-ahead breakfast that's perfect for busy mornings: High-Protein Apple & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
• 2 cups unsweetened soy milk
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
• 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp cinnamon

This recipe is a delicious way to start the day. Oats and apples add fiber to support digestive health, while Greek yogurt and peanut butter add protein to help keep you satisfied longer.
