This week is off to a good start, Shawna prepared:
Dairy free butternut squash & sausage soup,
sweet potato beef chili,
a meat sauce that I will serve on eggplant
and I marinated my Chicken Za’atar that I will grill with veggies.

Feels good that I have my healthy meals in order. ✅

Oh my goodness, gracious, another amazing gourmet meal from my beautiful bride! Thai coconut cod with brown and wild rice and vegetable medley!  it’s a spicy, super healthy meal!

Who is open for try new things? We cooked a tricolor legume rice this evening to increase our fiber content, which is amazing for overall gut health!  if you had the right seasonings, its quite amazing and also gluten-free, vegan and plant based!
