Most of us were taught how to avoid pregnancy.

Very few of us were taught what actually happens to our body once we become pregnant.

I’m here to help change that.

Follow along for simple, evidence-informed pregnancy and postpartum body tips that help you move with less pain, more confidence, and a deeper understanding of your changing body. 🖤

Your body is doing something extraordinary 🤍

Right now, it’s making room for a growing baby.

To do that, your body produces hormones (like relaxin) that allow your ligaments to become more flexible so your joints can move more freely.

Your muscles now have to work overtime trying to create the stability your joints have temporarily lost.

That’s why so many women say:

✨ “I feel tight…but also loose.”

If you’ve been stretching constantly but still feel stiff, achy, or uncomfortable, your body isn’t asking for more flexibility anymore.

It’s asking for stability. Strengthening.

This is also one of the reasons why pregnancy is so physically exhausting.

Your body is never “doing nothing.”

Every minute it’s adapting to grow, protect, and prepare for your baby.

So you NEED more:
👑 Rest
👑 support
👑 nourishment
👑 movement
👑 grace

Taking care of yourself and asking for help is not “selfish”.

It’s one of the most important ways you can take care of your baby, too. 💜

So before you stretch another tight hip, ask yourself:

“Is my body asking for more flexibility…or is it asking for more stability?”

Not sure where to start with that? Send me a DM!

Comment “BODY” and I’ll send you my free body connection checklist to help you start connecting the dots between what you’re feeling and what your body might actually be trying to tell you. 👀
