Update: Whelp, it has come to my understanding that self-published authors really must have a full-time marketing assistant in order to get things up and running (big corporations like Barnes and Nobles, make the process so convoluted that they basically recommended my part-time assistant call them daily). In the next month's I'm continuing to create a new and improved version of Side BYE Side: Living Between Life & Death which will carry the current content but expand to explain the challenges of ambiguous loss. While I will be writing one section of this, the following sections will be written by a specific group of unique individuals who will be address this from several standpoints.
*Identity/Role loss due to complex medical and mental health histories
*Gender/Transgender/Nonbinary challenges
*Multiethnic minority viewpoints
*Infant loss, sibling su***de, friendship loss, pregnancy loss, adoption challenges and loss
Being that I have 300 copies of the current version available I will be putting it up for a discounted price as I work on designing and editing this newish version with a publishing company supporting this project.
