The quest for relief from treatment-resistant depression often leaves individuals feeling trapped with limited options.

However, a recent study has revealed a promising alternative: ketamine infusion therapy, serving as a viable substitute for electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). Despite ECT's long history of effectiveness and rapid results, its utilization remains constrained due to cognitive side effects and the associated social stigma.

In contrast, ketamine infusion therapy has demonstrated comparable, if not superior, efficacy without the drawbacks of memory loss and musculoskeletal issues.
