What if your skin could remember inflammation?

Emerging research suggests that skin cells may retain a biological imprint after irritation, injury, or inflammation. This process is called inflammatory memory.

It does not mean your skin remembers like your brain does. It means some cells may become “primed,” changing how they respond the next time stress appears.

That may be one reason recurring skin irritation can feel like it has a pattern.

The practical takeaway: prevention matters. Barrier support, trigger awareness, and consistent care may help reduce repeated inflammatory cycles.

If you've had sciatica before, you know the cycle. It flares, you treat it, it settles down and then a few months later, it's back.

Most people don't hear this part: the flare-up is the symptom. The pattern underneath is the actual problem. And until that gets addressed, you're managing flares, not preventing them.

Our latest blog post breaks down why sciatica recurs, what most treatments miss, and what actually changes the trajectory long term.

If you or someone you know has been white-knuckling through this, send this their way.

Shoulder one week. Neck the next. Then your lower back.

If your pain never fully goes away, it just moves around, that's not bad luck. That's your body compensating, shifting load from one area to another because something in the chain isn't functioning the way it should.

Chasing each new pain point rarely works. The pattern underneath is what needs to be addressed.

Our latest blog explains exactly what's happening and what a whole-system approach actually looks like. Worth a read if you've been stuck in this cycle.
