Days are longer and so is your to do list-
take time out to not do anything but relax during your massage.
If you’re not getting a regularly scheduled monthly (or more frequent) massage in your self care routine, your body is begging you to take time out for yourself. Help heal that nagging pain, headache or stiffness, or prevent an injury that causes a bigger setback for you.
Remember, I also offer 30min sessions for just upper body or just head, neck and shoulders- perfect for when a headache has its hold on you!
