I believe that “Life is movement & movement is life.” As a coach, teacher, stage performer, and musical theater director, I help clients and students build confidence, creativity, and performance skills. I've struggled with my weight, but gradually I made daily changes.

Walking is free, it’s simple, it’s a low impact AND it’s great for our soul. When life gets you down try walking for 30 minutes and I promise you will feel better.

At 9 years old, I entered my first church singing solo competition, and that was the beginning of my love for singing. ❤️🎶
I started jazz choir in 7th grade and continued singing in jazz and concert choirs all through high school and college—eight years in a row.
In high school, I was introduced to musical theatre, and my love for it continued into college. Along the way, I developed the skills of dancing and acting, and eventually, the stage became a huge part of who I am.
After 35 years of musical theatre, I still love the theater stage. But lately, I’ve realized that I need the simplicity of singing again.
The simple task of learning the music and finding my voice.

I thought I would sing Soprano 2 because I love singing harmony, but something in me said to commit to Soprano 1. So I listened to that instinct—and that’s where I landed.
No choreography.
No lines to memorize.
No pressure.

Just sheet music, music in front of me, and my voice.
And I love the feeling of it.
There’s something really special about returning to the thing that started it all.
I still love the stage, but for now, I’m needed elsewhere. And maybe this is exactly where I’m supposed to be.

I’m now part of Rose Women’s Choir, and our Christmas concert is December 12th at 7:00 PM at First Christian Church on Oak Street. 🎄🎶

I also have a few other creative projects in the works, and I’ll share all the details as they get closer.

For now, I’m just grateful to be singing again.

Today we celebrate 22 years of marriage! 💍
We met on a blind date in 2002 and then in 2004 we decided to join forces including his cat Dolly and my dog Dayzee. 😻🐶
I'm so lucky to have met this wonderful man.
We have wonderful memories of our special day together with our close friends and family.
Thank you my sweet husband for everything you do for me. You are definitely a "keeper" and I'm looking forward to many more years of our crazy lives together.
I hope you are up for the challenge.

We are so proud of Jackson and his team! They had a tough game last night, but they never let it get them down. They kept their heads held high, showed great heart, and continued to support one another.

It was a fun day at the Oregon State Fair! 🎡

My favorite was the ZUZU African Acrobats, who amazed us with their incredible talent and skills. The dogs and performers from The Canine Circus were also a big hit! (see videos in the comments)

We were lucky to have beautiful weather, fun animals, and plenty of great entertainment. What a wonderful day!
If you are wondering Jackson was busy with football again. ☀️🐕🎪

We knew it was going to rain, but we decided to go camping anyway! We had one long, rainy day, but we made the best of it. One of the nice things about Central Oregon is that even on rainy days, you can still get some beautiful sun breaks. And with a fire pit and a cozy trailer heater, we had everything we needed to stay warm and comfortable.

Because of the rainy weather, we had the entire campground to ourselves, which made for a very quiet and peaceful getaway.

We played lots of cards, and even Oscar wanted in on the action—and it turns out he has a pretty good poker face! 🃏

We also enjoyed some nice walks, and Oscar was the only one brave enough to go swimming in the cold water. 🐾

Jackson was busy with football and wasn’t able to join us on this trip. And just like that, we’re officially back into football and back-to-school season! 🏈📚

Even with the rain, it was a fun little adventure and a great way to close out the summer. ❤️

I was back at one of my favorite places to teach this week as a Teaching Artist for my third year in a row! 🎭✨

At Center Stage Performing Arts Camp with Missoula Children’s Theatre, these young performers had an absolute blast learning new songs and skills, making new friends, auditioning, and rehearsing for TWO big performances of Aladdin! 🧞‍♂️✨

I’m so proud of all their hard work, creativity, courage, and enthusiasm. What an incredible week with such an amazing group of young performers! 🎭💫
