Seasonal Hold Lifted - Allergy Shots May Resume

Good news the seasonal hold for grass. Allergy patients has officially ended. Patients who were temporarily paused may now resume their regular Allergy shot immunotherapy schedule.

 For questions for our allergy shot team please call our main office number at 541-683-1577. Select the scheduling department then option #3 for Allergy shot scheduling and questions.

Seasonal Hold Update - Attention Allergy Shot Patients

As of 5/19/2026

Hello,

We wanted to share a quick update as pollen levels are currently high and rising in our area. During this time, it’s very common for allergy symptoms to feel worse than usual—such as sneezing, congestion, itchy/watery eyes, or asthma symptoms.
We know this season can be uncomfortable, and we’re here to support you through it.

A few helpful reminders:
• Continue taking your allergy medications as prescribed
• Try to limit time outdoors when pollen counts are high
• Keep windows closed when possible and use air filters if available
• Shower and change clothes after being outside

For immunotherapy (allergy shot) grass-allergic patients:
During peak pollen season, we will not increase (build) your allergy shot doses, but you still come in for shots. The schedule does not change for patients on Maintenance. Unless patient is experiencing allergy symptoms. Patients who are building need to come in for shots every 2-3 weeks.

Reminder for allergy shot patients:

Our last scheduled shot times are 4:15 PM Monday - Thursday and 11:15 AM Friday. Please arrive no later than 4:25 PM M-Th and 11:25 AM Friday. We’re unable to give allergy shots after these times due to clinic closing at 5:00 PM. Thank you for helping us stay on schedule and ensuring safe, timely care for all patients.
