Happy Trans Day of Visibility, day!

I am proud to look back at all the memories of bodywork sessions I've given to the people choosing to receive my support. I look forward to continuing to provide body autonomy centered, somatic education informed and experienced massage therapy to all of the bodies that wish to receive my work.

Transponder and the Lavender network have been lovely Orgs to be around. I hope to eventually be endorsed by them and the Trauma Healing Project and expand my Authentic Relating classes to continue to strengthen our culture's "social fabric." I hope to see some of y'all at Pride in Eugene this year.

I recognize all the women in1900s in Russia, New York, Europe and beyond that incepted the original women's suffrage movement.

I choose to believe that the foundation of rights that exist today will endure any storm and that women will be supported by the bedrock of the courageous acts, words and spirit of women that came before.

I hope to provide another 20 years of body autonomy centered, agency respecting and trauma informed professional massage therapy services to those that wish to receive them.

Authentic Relating tomorrow 5:30-7:30PM at Sacred Connections by donation with Fox and myself creating the container beginning with a pre requisite 3 minute meditation before describing the 5 agreements and the games we'll be playing together.

If there's opportunity, I'll facilitate the self knowledge game pictured that went really well, IMO, at AR last year. I was surprised how simple and potent it was at enabling me to listen to the "advice" I already knew but was resisting allowing into my perspective.
