Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is an evidence-based alternative to institutional care for children and young people with serious behavioral and emotional challenges. John Aarons from TFCO and Dirk Kehr from Skyddsvärnet talk with Tomas Tränkner about how TFCO differs from HVB and SiS. The method is focused on one young person at a time, supported by a trained treatment family, clinical staff, school, and aftercare resource.
