For a young person facing homelessness, the to-do list can feel endless: find a safe place to stay, get an ID, apply for food benefits, get back into school, find a job, see a doctor. It's a lot to figure out alone.
That's where our case managers come in. They work one-on-one with youth and young adults to take it step by step, at their own pace. They help with:
✔️ Housing and getting on the county housing list
✔️ Jobs, resumes, and interview prep
✔️ Getting back into school
✔️ Health care, mental health, and substance use support
✔️ IDs, birth certificates, and benefits like SNAP and OHP
✔️ And more. If we can't help, we'll connect you with someone who can.
Where to find us: Case managers are at New Roads Drop-In, Station 7, and Peer Shelter Monday–Friday, and at our Rural Drop-In in Cottage Grove by appointment.
