Myth: "It's just a wellness trend, not real science."

Fact: Photobiomodulation (the actual name for red/LED light therapy) has been studied for decades, with thousands of peer-reviewed studies behind it — including NASA research from the 1990s on wound healing.

Myth: "All red light devices work the same."

Fact: Not even close. Results depend on the exact wavelength (630-700nm for skin benefits), the device's power output, and how close it is to your skin. Cheap masks and clinical-grade devices are not interchangeable.
