Hello beautiful souls.

With so much going on in our worlds (microcosms and macrocosm) it can sometimes feel like too much to hold.

This is the season where slowing down is so important for our longevity.

Taking time for self care and nourishment to sustain our lives is crucial.

Easier said than done sometimes……

With that, I feel strongly called to offer an opportunity and space to come back to center.

New Moon-New Year
Celestial Sound Journey

Saturday, January 17th
4-6pm

Located at Platform 360
840 Willamette St, Eugene, OR 97401

A Nervous system reset.
A Mindset reset.

An opportunity release and renew.
Take time out and go within......

With a New Moon, it’s a potent opportunity to set intentions and give them power.

Together, we will begin with mindful movement and breath through Qi Gong, then journey into conscious, gentle breathwork accompanied by the rhythms and vibrations of the drum, planetary chimes, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, and gong

The tones of Earth, Pluto, Mercury, the Sun, the Moon, Venus, and Mars will be intentionally sounded, creating healing interplanetary intervals that can open space for deep uncovering, awakening and renewal.

Through breath and presence, we receive these frequencies into our cells, our consciousness, our energy field, and beyond.

This event is nourishing to the nervous system, while soothing to the soul.

A Peaceful Place
To Rest
To Breathe
To Be

Following the event
Enjoy herbal elixirs by Equan Formulation
that further support a tranquil state of being.

* Padded mat, blanket and cushion provided for your comfort
* Limited space is available to create an intimate container for healing

Please bring:
Water bottle
Extra blanket to feel cozy
Power object for altar to be blessed (optional)

Exchange $45

Thank you for being here.
