🏠 THIS IS HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS 🏠
At PNW Uplift Recovery Housing, we work closely with drug and alcohol treatment facilities, resource centers, the court system, parole and probation, and members of the recovery community to help individuals build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
Many of our residents qualify for the Lane County Diversion Rental Assistance Program, which helps cover their initial move-in costs. This gives them the opportunity to settle into their new home, build healthy relationships with house members, begin attending recovery meetings, find a sponsor, start working the 12 Steps, and focus on finding employment.
We also help connect residents with valuable community resources, including:

✅ Legal assistance
✅ Employment and job search programs
✅ Recovery support services
✅ Community resources and much more
We provide safe, structured, and accountable recovery housing.
⭐ Each house has a dedicated House Manager who lives in the home and helps provide support, accountability, guidance, and leadership. House Managers help residents stay on track with house expectations, recovery goals, meetings, chores, and daily living while helping create a positive and supportive environment.
⭐️ Weekly and random drug testing
⭐ Mandatory weekly house meetings
⭐ Mandatory recovery meetings
• 5 meetings per week if working 30 hours or less
• 3 meetings per week if working over 30 hours
⭐ Mandatory household chores
⭐ Random room inspections and prescription medication counts
⭐ Emergency house meetings when issues arise, handled with honesty, respect, and compassion
⭐ House rules posted in every home and available through our app
