In 2007, I was rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. The lingering effects of the injury threatened my career, cognition, and routine daily functioning. Through my journey to obtaining treatment for the injury, I found EEG Neurofeedback.

Neurofeedback has helped me recover significantly, especially in brain function. I’ve been able to continue with career I once thought was destroyed. I want to people to understand with Neurofeedback there is hope in healing, even if it feels impossible. In helping others with treatments for 12+ years, I’ve witnessed over and over, the dramatic positive results people receive.

With my lived experience plus my clinical expertise, I can guide you back to a pathway of healing with lasting results.

Many parents are looking for ADHD support options beyond medication.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive form of brain training that helps improve attention, emotional regulation, impulsivity, sleep, and focus by teaching the brain to regulate itself more effectively over time.

Every child is different, which is why treatment should be individualized to their needs. Neurofeedback offers a drug-free approach that may support long-term improvements in focus, confidence, and daily functioning.

Neurofeedback allows the brain to find its way back to better function. This is a brain-driven process that merely depends upon the brain being given information on its own behavior as it is occurring.

Mental health issues generally, and TBI specifically, can be understood as failures in brain self-regulation. Profound recoveries have been achieved, particularly with minor traumatic brain injury, but benefits are observed across the board with TBI.
