So I went to a Eugene Emeralds game a couple of weeks ago and what a blast we had. It was National Hero's at that game and I saw a motorcycle EPD. As I walked with GED, CRG over to the motorcycle EPD I saw that it was the sergeant, I asked him if he had been over around OSLP lately.? I asked him that because , I couldn't drive safely through 3rd and Pearl. He chuckled and asked if I was the person who reported this issue. I said yes I am a DSP/PSW, and at the time I was working with OSLP and at the driveway is a 4 way stop. However NO and I say NO ONE STOPs and follows the laws and I got tired of almost getting center punched by roll through drivers. I told him a funny ; get ready I told him that my old boss JB ran inside the office and told everyone to make sure to stop at the stop signs because the Motorcycle EPD was sitting at the stop signs across the street watching for those who roll on threw the stop sign. When I told him that he said to me "Well that is crap, the laws are to be followed at all times and not just when others are watching you!!!! And that JB shouldn't be the head of a agency , an agency that is suppose to support others. If he JB is doing that which is so simple; what else is he doing with his staff when they aren't being watched.
