🚨🎉 Great News for Patients! 🎉🚨

Big win! Governor Jeff Landry just signed HB 1236 into law!

This new law makes Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) pay a fair dispensing fee to local, small pharmacies like Picou’s!

What this means for you:
💵The PBMs have to cover this fee themselves. It should LOWER your copays instead of raising them!

Thank you to the Louisiana Independent Pharmacies Association - LIPA, Jason Dewitt - State Representative District 25 and Governor Jeff Landry for signing this and standing up for local pharmacies and patients!!!
