🎓 Congratulations to Our AHEC Students! 🎓

We had the privilege of celebrating an outstanding group of AHEC students. Over the past two weeks, these students have dedicated their time to learning, growing and exploring careers in healthcare throughout our departments at Acadian Medical Center.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and enthusiasm they demonstrated throughout the program. It has been an honor for the team at AMC to be a part of their journey, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make in their schools, communities and future careers.

Another great day of hands-on learning for our AHEC students at Acadian Medical Center.🚁

Last week students had the opportunity to observe an Air Med helicopter visit at AMC, gaining valuable insight into the emergency medical transport and the critical role air medical services play in patient care.

Acadian Medical Center is excited to welcome our AHEC students from Eunice High School and St. Edmund High school for the next two weeks!🩺

On Day 1 of their healthcare experience, they received CPR training from AHEC Instructor Anne-Marie McGee, RN, along with site facilitator McKenzie Thibeaux, LPN.

We are proud to partner in providing these students with hands on exposure to healthcare careers and look forward to helping them learn, grown and explore opportunities in the medical field.
