💗 Breast Cancer Awareness Starts with Education! 💗

Acadian Medical Center’s Mammography Technologist, Brenda Manuel, was honored to be the guest speaker at LSUE’s Breast Cancer Awareness event today!

Brenda spoke with faculty and students about the importance of routine screening mammograms and what to expect. Early detection in the fight against breast cancer.

Thank you to LSUE for providing an opportunity to share this important message and help raise awareness in our community.

🍼💙 Celebrating Moms, Babies & Our Community! 💙🍼

Acadian Medical Center was proud to host our annual Community Baby Shower in partnership with St. Landry-Evangeline United Way, Save the Children Head Start and The Jordan Grace Foundation.

It was a wonderful day filled with valuable resources, helpful information, support for expecting families, and plenty of smiles. We are so grateful to all of the vendors and community partners who joined us and shared a wealth of information, resources, door prizes, and giveaways with our families. 💕

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success! We are proud to come together with organizations across our community to support healthy moms, healthy babies, and strong families.

Allegiance Health Management announced today its planned divestiture of Acadian Medical Center, along with three other Louisiana hospitals.

While this marks a transition for our hospital, our focus remains unchanged: serving our patients and our community with the quality care they have come to trust. Acadian Medical Center remains committed to supporting our patients, employees, physicians and community every step of the way.
