We are passionate about guiding clients on their individual journeys toward emotional, physical, and spiritual health by helping them move from where they are to where they desire to be. We focus on bringing health, wholeness, and harmony to families through adolescent, adult, marriage/couples, group, and family counseling, as well as conducting community educational workshops and seminars. Our th

erapists facilitate individual journeys from emotional upheaval to soundness of mind, dealing with specific issues of unforgiveness, anger, anxiety, addiction, trauma, depression, grief, childhood/adult abuse, neglect, and sexual assault, PTSD. We use many therapeutic approaches including EMDR, EFT, ImTT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, Anthetic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Christian Counseling.

There is hidden harm from over-exposure to social media. We see the results in people's lives daily. This is not only for children and adolescents, but also adults. What was originally designed to connect people has become the very source of disconnect, isolation and insecurity...contributing to the epidemic of increased loneliness in our society.
If you have time to scroll, you have time for face-to-face or voice-to-voice contact. If we each consider this, we each can begin to increase the connectivity factor in our lives. I'm going to be more intentional about this, would you think about doing it, too?
