Round two of “breathe” reminded today!

I drive from central IL to St. Louis because Premier Dermatology is the best! 🎉

I was rushed due to all that lovely IL construction.

Arrived a few minutes late. While I’m in the waiting room I hear a sweet guided meditation reminding me to not only breathe, but how to do so!

1. Another reason why I love this doctor!!
2. Keep breathing 🫁

Today was one of those days where you stop and surrender.

If you only knew…I’ll keep that part private. 💕

But, I wanted to share that over the last six hours my day had many ups and downs - emotionally and from a schedule overall.

Yet, it all worked out AND I found time for ME and my BREATH!

We are never too busy to pause. I used to think so. However, I know the importance of even if for five minutes, what our breath can do for us.

I also sat near a tree, got myself away a from noisy area, read a book, walked and my breath was woven in between those moments and more.

Oh! And, as I was in the store for a snack …the lady in front me had a back pack on that said “just breathe”! Can’t make this up 😘

Lately, I have been feeling the depth of su***de loss as it relates to grief after su***de loss.

Any loss after the loss of our loved ones by su***de can feel ridiculously heavy.

Because the su***de loss changed us greatly.

Especially if it’s another unexplained loss.

And yet, finding the right people who understand this complexity can feel like finding gold.

If you can relate, please share. Our vulnerability helps others heal.

How many of us can relate to this? I know I sure can.

As I start to build these programs for YOU, I’m reminded to share more of a relatable story (mine or someone who gives me permission).

That feels very scary and vulnerable.

Yet, I do this work so that like myself, you have a place to go when nothing seems to be working.

I have a personal Fb profile and if you do too, you may know those memories that pop up.

I always like to occasionally read them because it’s almost like reflecting on a journal (if you write) and how far you have progressed in your healing journey.

Today, as I read the ones from 2013 to 2015 (ish), I can visibly read my very own highly dysregulated body!! She was all over the place. She was ANGRY and irritated. She wanted to be seen in her hurt. She was confused. She was scared. She was tired!

I wrote the most ridiculous things, but it doesn’t mean I did not feel them deeply in the moment. My grief was running the show.

The irony is I’m in another grief season this year. Yet, my breath (although I’m not great client these days) gives me a safe place to land. Clarity to see that I’m NOT stuck in that familiar 2013-2015 space and most of all HOPE! I know as I ramp up a gentle daily practice, I’ll feel more centered, secure and able to move through life with flexibility.

Our breath is the most understated part of the puzzle, especially with anything related to grief.

I’m curious, what do you need in your grief journey to feel seen? Have you considered talking to your breath lately? I’m here to help. 💕

While I’m still prepping for several programs, my calendar is open for more 1:1.!! 🎉 I have four spots open starting next week. Some evening/weekends also.

Ideally, this is for adults who are either overworked, stressed beyond the limits, noticing some physical health concerns due to stress or just generally want to learn all the hype of our breath and why it’s so imperative to understand how to improve it! 🫁

Your mechanics, physiology and nervous system impacts the your most ideal wellness! The breath is the gatekeeper that most traditional providers wont talk about.

Let’s work together for at least 6 weeks to uncover a foundation of wellness and go from there if needed!

6 weeks (ideally weekly)
1 hour initial assessment
(Still currently online via Zoom nationwide)
Email support and “homework” in between sessions.

$590 investment that will impact your emotional, physical and spiritual well being! Payment options discussed as needed.

Interested? Take a new path!

To those who recently follow me due to processing family court…

I’m building a program for YOU! 💕

Would you kindly shared either through email ([email protected]) or here, what would be most helpful for you as you navigate the stress of family court?

What maybe did you not receive from a mental health professional? Maybe you developed a physical condition from stress? What would generally make YOU feel supported?

I’d love to hear as I am creating something special, and I want your voice to be heard! 🫁.
