Mending Roots has expanded it's space and has evolved into a wellness collective. We are happy to have Jennifer Teixeira from Humboldt Womens Massage and Yemaya from Yemaya’s Apothecary offering their wonderful services along side of mine. The new year is a time when we start to think about creating goals and trying to implement them to create the change we seek. Unfortunately, majority of people will fail in keeping up with their goal and will quit by the end of January. Did you know, the second Friday in January is called “Quitter’s Day” because most people give up on their goals.

What if we tried a different approach? Let’s create a better foundation for “Why” we are wanting the change we seek instead of just diving in head first. Join me for Mending Roots first ever vision board workshop where we will discover our why, better habit forming solutions, and create a visual vision board to take home.

The vision boards will be created digitally so please bring a lap top or iPad to create it on. I will have a few devices that can be used if you do not have access to one. You will receive a printed copy and a digital copy that will be emailed to you.

Light refreshments will be offered. To keep this more intimate, I will only have space for 10 seats in this workshop. There are currently 8 spots left.
