Arch City Foot and Ankle is currently seeking a Part-Time or PRN EMT/Receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our growing team!
🦶 Position Overview
This role is supporting both front desk operations and clinical back-office duties in a fast-paced podiatry practice.
🩺 Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
Rooming patients and assisting the provider
Taking vitals and preparing exam rooms
Assisting with minor in-office procedures
Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
Additional administrative and clinical duties as needed
✅ Qualifications:
Previous medical office, receptionist, or EMT/MA experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable working with EMR systems (training provided)
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
⏰ Schedule: PRN or Part-time
Hours discussed during interview
