November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month.

When a loved one is on hospice care at home, families are often surprised by one thing. The hospice team visits. They don't stay.

Someone still has to be there for the nights, the baths, the meals and the quiet hours. Most of the time, that someone is you. And you're tired.

Compassionate Connections is not a hospice. We're a licensed non-medical home care agency. Our caregivers work alongside your family's hospice team, follow their plan, and call the hospice nurse line when something changes. You get to sit down. You get to sleep. You get to be a daughter, son or spouse again.
