The CNAs didn’t have to worry about anything this week—except finding bigger scrubs! 😂 so we went light & GREENE of course lol

What an amazing CNA Week! From breakfasts and pizza to tacos, nachos, wings, and all the delicious treats in between, our CNAs were celebrated all week long. We wrapped up the week with a delicious salad bar and our team showed out for Wild Out Wednesday, wearing their favorite prints and patterns!

More importantly, this week was about recognizing the dedication, compassion, and hard work our CNAs bring to our residents every single day. Thank you to everyone who donated, sponsored meals, and helped make this week a success. Our CNAs deserve to be celebrated not just this week, but every day!

CNA Week Fun Continues!

Don’t sleep on our awesome CNAs! 😴💙

Today was Pajama Day at the nursing home, and the fun was contagious. Our residents even wanted in on the excitement once they figured out why everyone was walking around in their pajamas! 🫣😊

A special thank you to Legacy Hospice, our Therapy Department, and the Nursing Home Management Team for providing a hearty breakfast for our hardworking staff. Your generosity and support helped make the day extra special.

We appreciate all that our CNAs do each day to provide compassionate care, comfort, and smiles to our residents. Thank you for your dedication and commitment!

Today’s theme was Superhero Day, and our team showed up ready to save the day—just as they do every day for our residents. We are grateful for the compassion, dedication, and exceptional care our CNAs provide.

GC Nursing Home kicked off CNA Week with a festive Luau BBQ Celebration sponsored by Collier BBQ!

Staff enjoyed great food, fellowship, and Hawaiian-themed fun as we began a week dedicated to recognizing our outstanding Certified Nursing Assistants. From colorful leis to delicious BBQ, the celebration was a wonderful way to honor the compassion, hard work, and dedication our CNAs show every day.

A Pleasant Surprise!

What a pleasant surprise! The New Horizon Youth Group from Pleasant Valley Church (West Greene) visited our residents on Friday bearing thoughtful gifts, plenty of smiles and some songs.

We extend our sincere appreciation to these young people and their church family for taking the time to think of our residents. Acts of kindness like these bring joy, encouragement, and a sense of connection to those we serve.

Our residents were extremely grateful for the visit and the generosity shown. Thank you for making a difference in their day and for continuing to support our Greene County Nursing Home family.
