One of the many blessings at **Lily of the Valley Adult Care Solutions LLC** is watching God's creation flourish right in our own garden. It is that wonderful time of the year again when our fig tree begins to reward us with its early harvest.

Just look at these beautiful, ripened brown figs—sweet, juicy, and bursting with goodness! Every harvest is a reminder that God is faithful in every season, bringing forth fruit in its appointed time.

As I admired these figs, I couldn't help but reflect on the many lessons Jesus Christ taught using the fig tree. Throughout Scripture, the fig tree symbolizes fruitfulness, readiness, and spiritual growth. It reminds us that just as a healthy tree bears good fruit, our lives should also produce the fruits of faith, love, kindness, and righteousness.

Although the summer sun was shining brightly, the cool shade of the trees provided a refreshing retreat. We took deep breaths, enjoyed the gentle breeze, and appreciated the beauty and tranquility of God's creation. Sometimes, a few quiet moments outdoors can refresh both the body and the spirit.

To make the experience even more comfortable, we tried a **solar-powered hat equipped with dual cooling fans** to provide a steady flow of cool air. Unfortunately, our resident didn't enjoy wearing the hat for very long, so I ended up wearing it myself while we continued to relax and enjoy the fresh air together! It certainly gave us something to smile and laugh about.

**❤️ Volunteers Serving with Love at LOVACS LLC PCH ❤️**

We were truly blessed to have two wonderful volunteers, **Laura** and **Tara** from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, share their time and talents by preparing a delicious homemade dinner for our residents at LOVACS LLC PCH.

The evening's menu featured a hearty and comforting meal of **gnocchi with potatoes, carrots, onions, and spinach simmered in savory chicken broth and enriched with heavy whipping cream**, creating a rich and flavorful dish that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Warm dinner rolls completed the meal, and residents had a choice of refreshing spring water or juice.

The smiles around the table said it all! Acts of kindness like these remind us that a home-cooked meal prepared with love nourishes not only the body but also the heart.
