Self-care isn’t something extra. It’s how we sustain ourselves.

Between sessions, meetings, and the never‑ending to‑do list, I’m choosing to add myself to my calendar, even if it’s just a moment. A pause. A cup of tea. A breath.

This is care. It’s preservation. It’s even an act of resistance.

What are you choosing for yourself today?

Sometimes trauma doesn’t look like what people expect☝🏽

It can look like overthinking, shutting down, staying in survival mode, or feeling activated by things you can’t fully explain.

EMDR helps the brain and body process experiences that may have felt too overwhelming in the moment, so you’re not just managing triggers, you’re understanding what’s underneath them🌱

What’s showing up in your life today may be connected to experiences your nervous system never got to fully process.

Healing is possible💓

A new Kennesaw office is on the way, and it feels like the right next step in this Year of Five 🤩

Growth requires space, and this season is asking me to bet on myself, move with intention as R3 continues to scale, and make room for the work that’s unfolding🌱

This office will hold deeper healing, open-hearted conversations, and the kind of community that reminds you that you belong here.

Where you start is never where you finish, and I’m grateful for every lesson shaping this next chapter🙌🏽

You know that moment when you finally start getting into the work and the session ends? You leave understanding the why, but still feeling stuck

That doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It may simply mean more space is needed to go deeper.

EMDR intensives create focused time to work through those feeling that are keeping you on a never ending loop by supporting your nervous system regulation in a more sustained way.

If this resonates with what you’ve been feeling, DM me and let’s talk about whether an intensive could be a next step for you.

Therapy doesn’t have to happen indoors.

Today’s EMDR session met me outside.

Grounded by the earth, supported by sound, softened by sunlight. When you nervous system feels safe, healing unfolds naturally, gently, and with intention ☀️💞

Healing doesn’t have to be one‑size‑fits‑all. I’m always open to talking about what this can look like in real life.

Trauma is a thief. It doesn’t just take a moment in time; it takes your right to safety, your right to consent, and your right to agency.

If you watch this clip closely, you’ll see my own nervous system responding as I speak. My heart rate increases, my hands move to my chest, and my feet find a center.

Even as a therapist, I have to listen to my body.

This is why I believe so deeply in a holistic “Wellness Team.” To move from survival mode to being optimally well, we have to integrate the mind and the body. For me, that looks like:

💫 EMDR to process the deep-rooted “stuck” points.

💫 Embodiment through breath, sound, and meditation.

💫 Agency in choosing who sits at my table.

You have the right to be a participant in your own healing, not just a passenger. You have the right to move at the speed of your own trust.

Are you ready to reclaim your agency?

Comment a “💞” if you’re learning how to listen to your body’s language.

The recent conversation around Dr. Cheyenne Bryant has many people asking important questions about the difference between coaching and licensed therapy.

Healing can happen in many spaces. But transparency should never be optional.

Whether you choose to work with a licensed therapist or a coach, ask these three questions:

🌱Are you licensed? (And by which board?)
🌱 What modalities do you use?
🌱 If you aren’t licensed, how is my safety guaranteed and ethics upheld?

Don’t ignore the red flags🚩. Trust your intuition. Your healing journey should be a safe space to grow. 💞

What’s your take on the coaching vs. therapy debate? We want to hear from you in the comments 👇🏽

As a founder transitioning into the CEO seat, self‑care is essential.

When you’re actively working on the business while still juggling all the roles you carry, moments of intentional pause matter more than ever.

At the Pause experience hosted by Mika of at , I gifted myself space to slow down.

In that pause, I found clarity, I reconnected with myself, and I gained direction on how I’m choosing to move forward. Flowing between effort and ease, instead of resisting either.

Grateful for spaces that remind us that presence is powerful.

There’s another event happening in May, and I’ve already signed up. 💞

If you’re building, leading, and carrying a vision, I invite you to pause too.
