When therapy wasn’t something your family talked about, choosing it can come with questions, guilt, or the feeling that you have to explain yourself.

You can love your people and still want support they may not know how to give or be emotionally available to give.

Today was more than a photoshoot. It was a moment to pause, reflect, celebrate, and truly take in what is being created đź’ž

Years ago, R3 began as a vision and a solo private practice. Today, that vision has evolved into an aligned group practice filled with incredible clinicians who have chosen to be part of something bigger. And whew…what a journey it has been!

What made today so special wasn't just the photos, the glam, or the beautiful faces. It was the freedom to show up as our FULL selves. No masks. No shrinking. No performing. Just authenticity, connection, and the beautiful reminder that ALL parts of us are welcome here.

There were belly laughs, real conversations, moments of vulnerability, and beautiful community. The kind of moments that pour back into you when your tank has been running low. The kind that reminds you why you started and why you keep going. đź’ž

And can we talk about the glam squad?! 💄✨ Justin didn't just show up to help us look good. They poured into us with wisdom, encouragement, and some serious gems about dreaming BIG while continuing to pour into others. Five years in, and the vision is still growing. The alignment is getting deeper. The community is getting stronger. And the dreams are getting BIGGER.

I’ll be facilitating a breathwork experience and joining a panel discussion focused on leadership, resilience, and navigating pressure.

With 300+ leaders anticipated, I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring mental health and wellness into the conversation and create space to care for the person behind the title.

We tend to save the word “grief” for the death of a person. But grief also shows up with the loss of health, the loss of movement in your body, or a life transition you didn’t ask for. If it’s a loss, it counts.

And yes, you can carry grief and still feel joy and gratitude in the same breath. One doesn’t cancel the other.
