I want to share something personal with you; the moment I knew EMDR, IFS, and holistic therapy needed to become part of R3.

It wasn’t a training. It wasn’t a certification. It was me, in the chair, doing the work myself.

I sat with my own therapist for EMDR and felt something shift in my body that I still don’t have perfect words for.

After EMDR helped me connect with things I didn’t even know I was carrying, it changed how I wanted to show up in every room I’m in. Honestly? That’s the real start of R3.

I’ll never offer something to you that I haven’t felt in my own body first. Maybe that’s a trust thing. But I need to know how it feels before I hand it to you.

If you’ve ever been curious what EMDR actually feels like from the inside, feel free to tell me below; I’ll answer as many questions as I can. 💞

Save this for the day you’re ready to start.

Some days my “office prep” looks like organizing sound bowls and movement tools instead of paperwork

Trauma doesn’t just live in our thoughts, it lives in our bodies. Sometimes the most powerful part of a session isn’t the words we say, it’s what we notice in our shoulders, our breath, our stomach.

If you’ve never explored Holistic practices, Somatics, IFS, or EMDR before, this is your sign to get curious about what your body might be holding onto.

Let’s talk. 💞

Come outside with us.

This September, R3 is stepping into the grass for Nature & Nurture. A morning of outdoor yoga and wellness, held right in the open air at Columbia County Amphitheater behind the library.

The ground under your feet. The sun on your skin. Your nervous system remembering what it feels like to just...be.

Come meet the faces behind R3, move your body, breathe a little deeper, and be part of a community that’s choosing to heal out loud, together.

📍 Columbia County Amphitheater-Behind the Library

💸 Free — bring yourself, a mat, and an open heart

You don’t have to be “in therapy” to join us, just be curious about being supported in community 💞

In session, I see this play out often, years of staying quiet, meeting the slow, safe process of coming back into expression. Sometimes that’s naming an emotion for the first time. Sometimes it’s feeling the sensations connected to the emotions your body has been carrying. Sometimes it’s moving it through the body instead of holding it in. Sometimes it’s simply being witnessed without judgment.

Silence isn’t the end of your story. It made space. And now, it’s time to fill it with your voice.

Save this video for the days when you need the reminder 💞

How many of you have checked in on your emotional wellness the way you check in on your labs?🔬

So much of what we carry in the body is unprocessed stress we haven’t named or something rooted in the past we haven’t fully released 🌱

If this is resonating, I’d love to hear from you🤍

DM me, we can talk through it, even just a quick consultation on how what you’ve been carrying might be showing up in your body.

I was talking with Niya recently; she’s a licensed clinical social worker here at R3, and we got into a conversation about kids going back to school, and how that’s a transition in itself, for them and for me. She dropped a few gems I couldn’t keep to myself.

First: it’s okay to feel what you feel. You deserve safe spaces to say all of it out loud.

Second: let people show up for you. Your to-do list is shifting, the routines are shifting, so when you need support, give yourself permission to ask for it.

The last thing she reminded me of? Celebrate the wins. As a family, as an individual, as someone doing the hard, required things of being human. Pause. Say well done. Be gracious with yourself.

Sending gratitude to Niya, for saying back to me the things I so often say to others. Sometimes that’s what is required to feel it and move in that way.

If this season has you needing a space to land, we’re here. Let’s talk 💞

Dressed and ready, Black in Business scarf on, heart already full before the day even begins.

Surrounded by my cohort 9 sisters who understand exactly what it took to get here.

“Your time is now. Seize it.” I continue to feel this in my whole body.

Seeing “Tiffany Luke, Release Restore Redefine Counseling” up on that screen was a full-circle moment. I am no longer reminding myself that I belong here. I know it!!

The details mean everything. My name, is rooms I have not even entered into yet….I am beyond grateful 💞

Walking across that stage, while I reflect on the work that led me here and the people that continue to support me on this journey 🙌🏽

The beginning of a new chapter!! Ready to embrace the change, because it is truly the only constant.

I did it! This is an unbelievable moment. Overflowing with joy!!

When the balloons dropped, so did every emotion I’d been holding onto. There was definitely a moment of deep pride in all that’s been accomplished, humility for the journey, and genuine curiosity and excitement for all that will be cultivated from this experience
