A quick Labor Day reminder! 🇺🇸

Bridge Family Health will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. We will be open for acute care on Tuesday and will return to our normal office hours on Wednesday.

Bridge members, if an urgent question or concern comes up while the office is closed, you can still reach out to your care team as you normally would.

We hope everyone has a safe, healthy, and relaxing holiday weekend!

Primary care should feel like a collaboration.

That means having enough time to talk through your concerns, feeling heard by your physician, and making decisions about your health together, rather than feeling rushed through an appointment.

That is the kind of relationship Dr. Jeff works to build with his patients at Bridge, and we love hearing when patients feel the difference.

For Dr. Jeff, staying active is not about doing everything perfectly. It is about making movement a regular part of life, whether that means training for a triathlon or simply biking to Bridge for a day of seeing patients.

Yes!

Many of our members keep their existing health insurance while using their Bridge membership for accessible, relationship-based primary care.

Your membership supports your primary care, while your insurance can still be used for services like specialist visits, hospital care, imaging, and emergency care.
