On Tuesday, Westminster Place proudly celebrated the graduates of the Career Development Program at the annual graduation ceremony! 🎓

Over the past six months, participants engaged in mentorship, professional development, and a collaborative capstone project that showcased their growth and achievements.

Nita, a CNA in our intermediate care nursing department, is known for the genuine connections she builds with residents. Her warm personality and ability to create meaningful bonds make her a beloved member of Westminster Place.

One resident's family member recently shared these kind words about Nita:

“Nita is magical, wonderful, and a gift! She can get my mom to do things because they have a sweet bond and Nita knows how to get her to do things others can’t. She is amazing!”

When asked about her proudest moment at Westminster Place, Nita shared:

"I'm proud to come here every day. I feel like this is my second home."
