A Dance & Fitness company dedicated to fostering an Inclusive community that welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds to participate in dance, fitness, & culture expression. Evanston based Akemi Fitness studio offers an efficient mix of barre, core exercises, dance, Pilates's and yoga. Akemi classes uses weights and a ballet barre to tone, sculpt, and lengthen all muscle groups.
