✨CNSK studio owner, Kay, works with her client, Hal (who’s been a client over 10 years!👏) on the Gyrotonic tower for Hamstring series. Kay uses a pole as a tool to help Hal find extra traction and challenge stability in his torso and pelvis. 🙌

✨These lovely ladies attend the Saturday Intermediate Gyro Tower class. 🙌
Here they are utilizing the Wingmaster around their mid-back for feedback on their spinal flexion and extension as well as to open their shoulder girdle. To make this a more advanced practice, they are in a lunge position, which not only works their lower body(hello quads🔥!), but also requires balance from the feet up! ⬆️ *for assistance with and feedback on*
