This Saturday, 9.26 , join Thomas for this very special class combining an opening portion of gentle stretches and restorative postures, with an extended relaxation supported by the sounds of singing bowls.

Our nervous systems respond to sound and frequency in much the same way plants respond to sunlight. Some of us need more and some of us need less. Through particular tones and harmonics, singing bowls, like the perfect amount of sunlight, offer balanced nourishment to the whole mind-body-spirit system.

This October, Jenny Stang Kaufman will be traveling to Nepal with a group. While the area we are visiting is safe, the recent devastation has deeply affected many communities, including the families of the guides and local team who will be taking care of us while we are there.
My goal is to raise funds that I can take directly to Nepal, with the help of our trusted local team, and put into the hands of families and communities who need it most. Any amount will make a difference. Thank you for helping us arrive in Nepal not only as visitors, but with something meaningful to give.

Did you know there’s nowhere to go and nothing to do?
It is a beautiful thing to travel and experience new places, people and things. It is a beautiful thing to create and share and receive.
It is also so important to realize that all these things are part of your innate and intrinsic being. Everything is inside of you and coming home to yourself, this re-membering, is the gift of this practice.
