Our program is rooted in vinyasa and Kundalini yoga systems with emphasis on asana, pranayama and meditation to help you live your best life. You will find class styles in Anusara,

Baptiste, Jivamukti, Kripalu, Hatha, Sivananada, Intregral Yoga, Forrest Method, and Kundalini. We are renowned for our prenatal yoga classes and our comprehensive kids/teen yoga program (Learn more). We have the top yoga teachers and healers in Chicago. Many of our teachers train other teachers nationally and internationally. As the Director of Heaven Meets Earth Family Yoga Studio, I've traveled world-wide teaching and training in health, fitness, yoga and healing therapies. For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of sharing yoga with people from every walk of life.

From professional dancers with Alvin Ailey and The Joyce Theater, to musicians of the New York Philharmonic, to students at YMCAs across New York City and Long Island, seniors, fitness communities, and neighbors in homeless shelters, my work has always been guided by one simple belief: yoga belongs to everyone.

Now I’m bringing that same practice to Chicago.

My approach isn’t about perfect poses. It’s about building resilient bodies, calming busy minds, restoring balance, and creating space to breathe—whether you’re an athlete, an artist, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply looking for a healthier way to move through daily life.

Healing begins with attention. Strength begins with breath. Wellness is something we can cultivate together.
