Dillon is a Tax and Valuation Manager at Kemper CPA Group, where he has worked since joining the firm as an intern in 2018 while attending the University of Southern Indiana. Dillon first became involved with SWIRCA & More when a former board member reached out and asked if he would be interested on serving on the board. At the time, Dillon was really looking for an opportunity to start working in the community and already knowing SWIRCA’s reputation throughout the area, he knew it would be a great fit.
SWIRCA’s mission to focus on helping people maintain their independence and dignity really struck home with Dillon. “The ability to live independently has a profound impact on a person's quality of life, and I am inspired by an organization that works to support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers in achieving that goal. Additionally, I think Resource Links will further assist in SWIRCA’s mission and will provide an even more personal feel to the organization’s services.”
“As Southwest Indiana's aging population continues to grow, organizations like SWIRCA are becoming increasingly important. What stands out to me is the dedication of the staff, who truly care about improving the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers. Their impact on our community is invaluable.” Outside of work and board service, Dillon loves to spend time with his wife, Mackenzie, and two boys, Brooks (3), and Brady (1).
