✨Leadership Spotlight ✨
Next up, we would like to introduce Jake, our head of maintenance. This building could not function and work the way it should if we did not have Jake. You will often see Jake working in or on the building to make it as nice as possible for our neighbors, visitors, and staff. You might also see him interacting with our neighbors to take a break from the repairs and build connections.
Jake grew up working on a farm from a pretty young age, and he has been working ever since. You could say he is a pretty busy guy. He has worked at factories and auto body shops, as well as many other maintenance gigs. He has extensive experience in machinery and industrial maintenance, working on large machines and industrial equipment. Jake has been with Oasis for 5 years now. His favorite part of the job is interacting with the neighbors. Quite often, Jake will take time out of his day to spend time with our neighbors and talk with them.
Although most of the time Jake is working, when he does have some free time, he likes to build racecar engines. Jake likes to stay busy, whether it is at work or in the garage. Along with building race engines, he also likes to work on old cars. He also enjoys being outside, fishing, and camping when he can get away.
Jake, what you do does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate all that you do here at Oasis to keep the building up to par. Thank you for your time and dedication to Oasis.
