We are SO excited to announce the newest member of our Horizon's family, Kelli Kiefer, who has joined us as our new administrator!✨

Kelli brings over 9 years of home health experience, with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Operations Leadership. A 2012 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with degrees in Health Administration and Gerontology, she also holds a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA) license.
Her background includes leadership and quality roles in home health, skilled nursing, and physician practices, with a passion for improving patient outcomes, supporting care teams, and driving operational excellence.
Outside of work, Kelli recently got married in April and enjoys spending time with her large family as the proud aunt of 12 nieces and nephews!
