We had an absolute blast this week!
Our wonderful, creative activity department set up a two day long carnival! 🍿🎲🧸
Residents were lining up ready to get their tickets, play games, win prizes and enjoy some classic carnival food. 🎟️ 🃏🌭

Tonight Evansville Manor leadership served the community in a different way…by serving food and drinks at Evansville’s Cruise Night car show! 🚗 🍺 🍔 We had so much fun socializing with community members and lending a hand to our local community center! 🤝

We have been growing vegetables at The Manor! 🍅 🍆 🥬 Residents helped pick out, plant, water and harvest Swiss chard, zucchini, squash and eggplant. They prepared a delicious pesto vegetable bake and a refreshing Swiss chard salad with lemon vinaigrette. 🍽️ It was enjoyed by many! What a great time we had!!

Hello Evansville Community! 👋
As you may know, the parade route on July 4th goes through our driveway and past our main entrance. While we love celebrating with the community, we ask that you please respect our residents by not gathering on the sidewalk in front of our building so they may have that space to enjoy the parade with their families 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒. Thank you for your help in supporting our residents and helping make their experience at Evansville Manor the best one! 🫶🏻

🌺🌴 Aloha and THANK YOU! 🌴🌺

Today we had the privilege of celebrating our incredible CNAs during CNA Week, and we couldn’t have done it without the generosity of some amazing community partners!

A huge thank you to Karen from Cornerstone Caregiving and Dani from Moments Hospice for treating our staff to a wonderful Luau celebration complete with delicious pizza 🍕, refreshing mocktails 🍹, snacks 🍍, and lots of fun! Your kindness and support mean so much to our team.

Our CNAs are the heart of what we do. ❤️ They are the first to lend a helping hand, offer a comforting smile, hold a resident’s hand during difficult moments, and celebrate life’s little victories alongside them. Their compassion, patience, and dedication make a difference every single day—not only for our residents but for their families as well.

To our CNAs: Thank you for the countless ways you care, advocate, encourage, and love. The work you do is not always easy, but it is always important. We are grateful for each and every one of you. 💙
