Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month - Shawna Smith, QMA, CNA! 🌟

Shawna joined the team in December 2019 and has been going above and beyond ever since. She comes in early, stays late, helps cover shifts when needed and is always ready to lend a hand without hesitation.

Most importantly, Shawna makes sure our residents have what they need, when they need it. She takes the time to build genuine relationships with each one and learn their stories, and her huge heart shines through in everything she does.
