It was a privilege to welcome bestselling author and nationally recognized speaker Rob Morgan to our Homewood Living communities for special Meet the Author events!

After spending time together studying his inspiring book, The Red Sea Rules, residents enjoyed the opportunity to meet Rob in person and hear an uplifting message about finding joy, hope, and purpose through life's challenges.

It was an honor and a privilege to support our very own Juls Bratton and Girls Night Out Altoona Inc., an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by breast cancer. the organization is dedicated to raising funds and awareness to support those facing breast cancer in the Blair County community.

The Homewood Living Martinsburg and Homewood Living Spring House teams were proud to come together for this meaningful event and witness firsthand the incredible impact being made through the dedication of volunteers, donors, supporters, survivors, and angels.

Buddy Mullins is best known as an outstanding vocal artist and was inducted into the Gospel Music Association’s Hall of Fame for his time singing with the Grammy and Dove Award winning Gaither Vocal Band. He has travelled and sung his entire life with many gospel music greats such as Bill and Gloria Gaither, Clay Crosse, New Song, DC Talk, Newsboys, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Amy Grant, as well as performing on well known youth author and speaker, Josh McDowell’s “Right from Wrong” tour and the Billy Graham Crusade. He is also a songwriter and musician and has had several number one songs on the charts such as “It’s Still the Cross” and "God is Believable."

Our residents at Homewood Living Spring House have been busy preparing for the season of giving! Recently, they gathered to create sewing kits that will be included in Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, helping share practical gifts and encouragement with children around the world.

A special thank you to resident leaders Roxie Adams and Linda Gerwig for organizing and guiding this meaningful project. Their dedication and servant hearts inspire others to make a difference, one stitch at a time.

Residents from Homewood Living Spring House recently traveled to Pillar of Fire Ranch, a faith-based equestrian ministry that combines meaningful horse interactions with biblical guidance to encourage healing, hope, and personal growth. Surrounded by God's creation and the gentle companionship of the animals, residents enjoyed a day filled with fresh air, fellowship, and unforgettable moments.
