Our herbalist spotlight continues! Today we're introducing Laura-Kathryn "LK" Kelley, whose path from the live music industry to clinical herbalism is fueled by a deep passion for helping others cultivate vibrant health. We're so grateful that LK chose our apothecary for her herbal practicum last fall, and even more excited that she's now part of our team! Her enthusiasm for herbal medicine brings such a wonderful energy to our unique and special space.

LK is an herbalist and member of Evergreen community. After working in live music for 14 years, she decided to pursue her passion for plants and attend the Colorado Clinical School of Herbalism where she completed her Fundamentals in Herbalism and Advanced Herbalism Certificate programs. She is continuing her education this year to complete the Clinical Practitioner Program and Flower Essence Practitioner Program at the Colorado Clinical School of Herbalism as well. LK’s passionate about teaching people how to use herbs and nutrition to enhance their vitality and live their best lives. She believes that everyone has a responsibility to maintain or improve their own health and wants to give you the tools to do so. She will be accepting clients starting in 2027.

Every herbalist brings a unique story, a deep respect for the plants, and a passion for helping others reconnect with nature's wisdom. Over the next few weeks, we're introducing the incredible herbalists behind our apothecary—the people who thoughtfully craft, curate, and share the remedies, knowledge, and care that make this space so special. We can't wait for you to get to know them.

First up is Tracey! Many of you may remember her from the tarot readings she offered when we were in Bailey. We're so grateful she's still part of our apothecary community in Evergreen, where she teaches tarot, offers insightful readings, and crafts our signature tea blends with care.

Tracey Lanham, Shakti Witch, is an intuitive tarot and oracle card reader who uses cards to bring into conscious awareness innate inner wisdom, unpacking the energies surrounding situations so that deeper understanding and informed decision-making can occur. Tracey has years of training and embodied practice in tarot, yoga, meditation, devotion, ritual, Goddess & Priestess lineages, and divination. In addition, Tracey is a folk-herbalist who enjoys using plants to support meditative, intuitive, and spiritual journeys. She is passionate about helping people connect with plant-allies to illuminate their practice.

Dr. Rev. Laura Palmer is a graduate of the University of Sedona with a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Counseling and a Reiki Master Teacher. She specializes in counseling Highly Sensitive Persons. She loves supporting HSPs however she can. She lives in the foothills of Colorado, just west of Denver with her mother and her Maltese mix dog Sofie, who is the center of her world.

Dr Palmer is a Highly Sensitive Person herself and has spent the last decade learning, experimenting and practicing all things Metaphysical. By combining her two great interests, history and Highly Sensitive Persons, she enjoys sleuthing through history finding Historic Sensitive Persons.

Laura is author of two books, Celebrating Sensitives and From Corporate to Calling (a #1 International Bestseller) both of which are available on Amazon.

Her reiki practice includes Angelic, Fairy, and Dragon energy and finds working with these energies to be delightful and a huge help to Highly Sensitive Persons. ATTENTION REIKI PRACTITIONERS:
Join us for a time of gathering to discuss, reflect on and practice Reiki.

This Reiki circle, guided by Reiki Master-Teacher Paula Marquez, is a safe place for all who would like to extend their practice and delve a little deeper into this energetic healing modality. Expect meditation, deep conversation, and a designated time for distance Reiki. These monthly sessions are only being offered online to accommodate those of us with a busy schedule. So, find the coziest spot wherever you are, gather in your Reiki guides, and open your mind for an uplifting and spiritually guided time.

You must have completed Reiki Level I, including the attunement, to participate. We will discuss some sacred symbols and philosophies that can only be accessed after attunement. No need to be an actual practitioner with clients to join. This is meant for all who have welcomed Reiki into their lives from past to present!

We hope that you can join us for every circle as each discussion will build from the previous though we do understand that this may not be practical. You will be welcomed unconditionally whenever the time is right for you to join us!
