Please read ⭐️🙌🏻- PRICE CHANGE TO 90 MINUTE SESSIONS EFFECTIVE starting April 1st, 2026. We are sorry to make this price change but after doing some math, we realized that we have been not charging enough for our 90 min sessions in comparison to our 60 min & 120 min session price. This obviously is a nice discount for our clients but not so much for the business and our therapist so changes need to be made. Starting April 1st the price for 90 minute sessions will go from $110 to $120.

Please note- if you received a 90 minute gift card BEFORE April 1, 2025, we will still honor that gift card for our original price.

Hello STM family🌀I have been patiently waiting since July to be able to announce this but I am back to work officially starting next week🙌🏻🥳 My first day back at our Exmore location will be Monday, March 2nd and the first day back at our Cape Charles location will be Wednesday March 4th.

I just now realized after looking at Facebook memories that it’s officially been 12 years since I started my massage therapy practice on the shore. I’m forever grateful for the clientele and honestly, the friendships that have been built since I started this dream of mine. The end of this year has certainly been a challenge as some people have tried to break me down but a message for them, me nor the wonderful humans I work with are going anywhere except further up. Bigger plans are always in the mix 🤩🤩🤩

And for a thank you to the loyal clients, we have something up our sleeves for you to show our appreciation for you choosing us for your healthcare so stay tuned

Good morning STM clientele! We have a few changes for our Belle Haven location starting officially on August 1st! 🥳

✨WE ARE MOVING! Don’t worry, we aren’t going far. We will still be directly on Lankford Highway, just in Exmore now. We are excited to welcome you to a new space that will be better suited for us, our clients, and our growth. Our new address starting Aug 1st will be:
4376 Lankford Highway- Unit C
Exmore, VA 23350

✨With our move, we will have a bit more expenses and will be implementing a slight price increase of $5 to all sessions. Our new price list will be as follows starting Aug 1st:
30 min- $50
60 min- $80
90 min-$110
120 min-$160
***Please note*** if you have received a gift card purchased before July 1st, 2025, you will still be able to redeem that gift card for our original price at the new location.
