PentaHealth and Reading Hospital have partnered to bring 3D mammogram screenings to PentaHealth Colonial Family Practice on Friday, June 12th!

If you are due for a screening and interested, please call Tower Health at 1-833-348-6937, ext. 2, to register. Appointments are required. This event is open to all PentaHealth patients.

No appointments or provider referrals necessary. No restrictions on what is seen unless medically inappropriate. Patients from any PentaHealth practice and new patients are always welcome!
